Exos Dive Shipping Info

Exos Dive ships via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. If items are in stock, they will be shipped the same day. Exos Dive will use the most cost-effective shipping method for most orders when utilizing free shipping. Most items will arrive within a week of shipping.

To qualify for free shipping, the order minimum must be $25 before taxes or other shipping charges. 

Exos Dive reserves the right to change, modify, or discontinue the terms of the free freight policy at any time. Free shipping only applies to items brought directly on exosdive.com 

If an item qualifies for free shipping and is returned, the item will be charged a restocking fee equal to the total amount of shipping charged and removed from the method of returned funds. 

Free Shipping is unavailable on the following goods: DPVs, Weights, Cylinders, Used or Clearance Items, or any other abnormally large or heavy objects. 

California Ocean Sports LLC, Exos Dive, and Exosdive.com strongly suggest that buyers purchase the appropriate insurance value for their order, as California Ocean Sports LLC, Exos Dive, and Exosdive.com are not responsible for lost packages or any damage resulting from shipping carriers' or buyers' handling. However, we do everything we can to assist in package recovery, including filing inquiries and investigations with the shipping company (USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We have partnered with these companies because they offer the most reliable service. If you receive your order and any item(s) is/are damaged, you must keep all the packaging (box, packing material, bag, etc). We cannot warrant any damage claims without the original packaging.

 

Exos Dive Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchanges: You have 182 days from the date of invoice to return merchandise for a full refund, then we'll give you another 182 days (364 days in total) to return for exchange or store credit as long as you haven’t used it, and it is in like-new condition with original packaging. If any shipping charges were incurred, they will not be refunded.

Defective & Incorrect: If a product is received defective or incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing Returns@exosdive.com. We will do whatever possible to resolve the issue. 

Return Item As Used: Did you already use the product but still want to return it? Exos Dive allows many qualifying items to be replaced, even if used, up to 182 days from the invoice date for full store credit. A refund is issued in the form of store credit only. Items must be in as-new condition and returned with all parts and packaging to be eligible for return. 

How do I return an item as used?
  1. Send an email to Returns@exosdive.com with (Product information, invoice number, and reason for return) 
  2. Upload pictures of the item (up to 3 images).
  3. Provide a detailed description of the condition of the product.

Exos Dive Terms & Conditions

You will need the original manufacturer's labeled packaging with all materials, manuals, and blank warranty cards during the return. Books, CDs, and DVDs cannot be opened (due to copyright laws). We will pay the replacement shipping fee (only in the Contiguous 48 United States). Our Return Policy does not apply for commercial, bulk orders, custom-sized, or ordered products.
